Mr.
Edward B.T. Sun,
Co-Founder, Chairman and President
Mr. Sun has
25 years of executive and corporate
management experience in business management, operations, engineering,
sales and marketing. Included in this list are management and
executive positions with GTE, Hewlett-Packard, Wyle Labs, Voice-Tel
Corp., Aquasearch Inc., GE Lighting, Computer City/Tandy, Boise
Technology, Advanced Technology Systems, Optimus Corporation,
and Sun Enterprises. Mr. Sun was part of the team that
established
Hewlett-Packard’s instrumentation and Computer Solutions
Group in Hawaii and has held the top
positions for many computer, network integration, and biotechnology and
telecommunications companies in the Pacific. As Managing
Director for Computer City from Hawaii through Australia, Mr. Sun was
responsible for running a business that was over $100 million per
year. He was also involved in several start-up companies in
Hawaii, including Verifone, Advanced Technologies Incorporated, and
INIX, Incorporated.
Edward has dual degrees from the University of Hawaii in Biomedical
Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering and has a background in
business from the Chaminade MBA program. He has
served as past Executive Director of IEEE in Hawaii and has been
active on the Governor's Council for High Technology Development in
Hawaii. He has been a Board Member for the Hawaii Council for
Engineering Societies and is a member of the Technology Trade
Association and Hawaii
Venture Capital Association.

Mr. Arterburn has over 35 years of diverse and varied field and
managerial experience in public administration, business management,
planning and construction management, and corporate oversight of major
economic development and construction projects, with specialities in
rural and remote project planning and logistics. Positions held include
Housing Management Officer and Housing Development Representative for
US Dept of Housing and Urban Development in Indiana and Alaska; Senior
Citizen Housing Program Administrator for the State of Alaska;
Chairman, Willow Community Council; Executive Vice-President, Pribilof
Bering Seafood, Ltd; Representative before the North Pacific Fisheries
Management Council, and Community Development Quota Program Manager for
Central Bering Sea Fishermens’ Association; and (since 1999)
Chief Executive Officer, Bering Sea Eccotech, Inc.(BSE) . As CEO of
BSE, the company has been transformed from a corporate loss leader on a
remote island, to an award winning and nationally recognized safe and
competent federal and state and private contractor with specialties in
Range and UXO Management, Technical, Electronic and Telecom Support,
and Industrial and Environmental Services. Mr. Arterburn has consulted
during the past 25 years on numerous rural and remote development
projects within the State of Alaska with activities as diverse as
housing and basic infrastructure, including satellite communications;
alternative energy and power production, livestock and seafood
processing facilities, and tribal centers in numerous rural Alaskan
communities. As a special consultant to Tanadgusix Corporation of St.
Paul Island, Alaska, Mr Arterburn provided technical assistance and
counsel in the development, oversight and management of over 160,000
acres of specialized land holdings in the Aleutian Chain; and
development of port, dock, dredge, ocean outfall, and fish processing
facilities on the Bering Sea island of St. Paul. Most recently, as head
of Bering Sea Eccotech, Inc., Mr. Arterburn contracted a remote site
oil spill removal and clean up, resulting from a 210,000 gallon oil
spill near Unalaska Island. Mr. Arterburn is a graduate of Indiana
University(Russian, BA), and the University of Wisconsin (Public
Administration, MA).

R. Dean Hughes,
Chief Engineer
Mr. Hughes has 15 years of executive and corporate management
experience in business management, operations, design, and marketing,
coupled with 12 years in the operational program management. Included
in this list are long term management and executive positions with TDX
Corporation and Ebasco Engineering Corporation. During his 12
years with TDX corporation, Mr. Hughes has had a variety of management
positions with subsidiary Bering Sea Eccotech (BSE). Starting as
General
Manager and working into the position of COO, he developed several
divisions including: The Range Service Division that has become a
premier UXO and Target contractor to the Navy, Marines, and USAF; The
award winning Technical Services Division, that supports the war
fighter in instrumented pilot training both conus and oconus, with this
division Mr. Hughes was responsible for the $155M win on a low cost
radar tracking system that allows for off range training programs; The
Hawaii Industrial Environmental Division that supports the HECO power
systems and local refineries; and most recently the Fiber &
Cabling Division that has expanded to not only the 50 states but
international as well. With TDX Mr. Hughes works as a mentor to sister
company, Bering Sea Environmental and TDX Net assisting in their growth
and direction. During a 11 year stent with Ebaso Mr. Hughes also had
several positions ranging from Remediation Engineer, to Construction
Manager to Area Superintendent working usually on very large DoD
environmental and electrical power programs both in the US and abroad.
During his time with EA Engineering, Mr. Hughes was the companies west
coast Construction Manager with responsibilities for the west coast,
Alaska and Hawaii. With an education in Construction and Project Design
& Administration from CSUS in Sacramento it has given the back
ground to succeed in a variety of positions with in the
industry.

William H. Crawley,
Senior Telecom Consultant
Mr.
Crawley has worked in the Asia / Pacific and Hawaii region for the past
30 years in
nearly all phases of telecommunications. He was Executive
Director for the Bell
Atlantic Corp. in Japan and Hong Kong, Marketing Director at
GTE Hawaiian Telephone Co., Vice President of IBM‑Rolm Corp. in Japan
and most recently Senior
Telecom Advisor to NTT Marine systems in Tokyo. As
the
head of carrier relations,
negotiations and new business development in Japan and Asia for NYNEX
Corp. He established
their Tokyo office in 1990 and headed 2
projects in Japan for the Tu‑Ka Nissan / NYNEX
Wireless alliance and the FLAG submarine cable system that was launched
in 1994. He developed
new business for NYNEX in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong and
headed the negotiations for
the FLAG submarine cable landings in these countries.

John Warta,

Mr Warta is an executive with decades of experience founding new
companies, running and expanding hi-tech companies in the
telecommunications and internet industries. Several of those companies
are now valued at over $1,000,000,000USD each. In his tenure at those
companies, Mr. Warta has raised over $3,000,000,000USD in starting and
operating these firms. Under his strategic direction and strategic
guidance, these companies have grown in revenue, acquired other
companies, built thousands of miles and thousands kilometers of long
distance telecommunications networks, operated CLECs, ISPs, WISPs, an
underwater submarine fiber optic network, provided local exchange and
long distance telephone services, WiFi and Internet network services.
Currently, Mr. Warta serves as Founder and Principal Investor of
NextNet Investments.

has over 38 years of sales and marketing experience for high
technology systems in the Far East. Based in Japan, his
commercial and government marketing influence encompasses Japan,
Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea and the United
States. Mr. Maeda’s background includes
establishing Nippaku Corporation as the Sales and Procurement Group for
large corporations such as Seiko Instruments, Hitachi, and
Sony. Previously, Mr. Maeda held the position of Executive
Vice President at Kokunai Trade, as well as holding various positions
including management during his 26 years
at IBM in the Far East and the United States. Mr. Maeda is a
graduate of the Business Administration Faculty of the Meiji University

Huynh
Consultant
Michael Huynth has spent much of the last 25 years involved in numerous
international projects. Presently, he is working with funding groups to
provide humanitarian services resources on a very large scale to
multiple
third world countries within Asia.
Michael attended the University of Nebraska, where he obtained a BS in
Applied Mathematics and Operations Research. This was later followed by
advanced studies at Georgia Tech University. His early career included a
position as an IBM Distributions Engineer and a successful position as
an Inventory Planner, followed by his founding Dragon of Pacific, Inc.
in 1987. He and his wife continue to operate this successful retail
jewelry
business until the present. In addition, Michael Huynh has had extensive
experience and has considerable expertise in Sovereignty Bonds and MTN
financial vehicles.
Michael Huynh is a member of various
international and Hawaii organizations, has been listed in Who's Who of
Executives. Honors include his appointment to the U.S. President's
Business Commission (PPC) and Business Advisory Council (BAC) from
2002-2003, 2003 Businessman of the Year Award, and his having had
received the 2004 Ronald Reagan Gold Medal from the National Republican
Congressional Committee of the United States.
Born in Quang Ngai, Vietnam and a naturalized U.S. citizen since 1981,
Michael and his wife, Jeannie T. H. Ngo, reside in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Their
daughter, Tiffany, is soon to graduate from Boston University and their
son,
Johnathan, is adjusting to life as a freshman at his father's alma
mater,
the University of Nebraska.

Brian Ching,
Telecommunications Consultant
Mr. Ching has 27 years management experience in the telecommunications
project management field. He developed plans & designs for
expansion of telecommunications systems to meet the communications
needs of governmental, commercial, and financial customers, utilizing
his advanced knowledge of communications principles, techniques, and
practices. Working hand in hand with contractors and technical
personnel, he upgraded customer telecommunications facilities. As a
manager, he has experience working with multi-million dollar contracts,
as well as developing budgets and keeping tight financial reign on
project expenditures. Mr. Ching also has skills in data communications,
data processing and computer systems management. His military
background includes two tours of duty in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Ching previously held a position as Telephone Engineer for the
State of Hawaii, Administrator and project manager positions
at Sandwich Isles Communications, Inc., and was the Outside Service
Plant Engineer with Oceanic Communications/Time Warner. He attended the
University of Hawaii.
